Godrej Properties has achieved sales of homes valued at over INR 2,000 crore during the Phase 1 launch of its Godrej Trilogy project, situated in Worli, South Mumbai. As of February 2, 2026, nearly 100 homes have been sold since the project’s launch in November 2025.

The Godrej Trilogy project includes three towers. The initial launch focused on select floors within two towers, Seaturf and Seafront, representing an inventory worth approximately INR 3,500 crore.
The development spans 2.63 acres and features expansive 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom residences, with only three apartments per floor to ensure privacy. The project offers views of the Arabian Sea, the Mumbai Skyline, and the Mahalaxmi Racecourse.

Godrej Trilogy is located on Dr. Annie Besant Road, providing access to the Mumbai Coastal Road and proximity to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and Metro Line 3. It includes a five-level clubhouse featuring a private spa, racquet club, and fitness centers.
