Financial Performance Highlights
Q3 FY26 booking value increased by 55% year-over-year to ₹8,421 crore, achieved through the sale of 3,973 homes covering 6.43 million sq. ft. Over the nine-month period (9M FY26), booking value grew by 25% year-over-year to ₹24,008 crore, with sales of 12,726 homes totaling 19.74 million sq. ft.
The company’s collections also experienced significant growth, with Q3 FY26 collections up 40% to ₹4,282 crore and 9M FY26 collections increasing by 19% to ₹12,018 crore.
Godrej Properties reported its highest-ever third-quarter net profit of ₹195 crore and a nine-month net profit of ₹1,200 crore.
Operational Developments
MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) contributed ₹3,239 crores (38%) to the Q3 FY26 booking value, boosted by the successful launch of Godrej Trilogy at Worli, which achieved ₹1,742 crores in booking value during the quarter.
The company launched 11 new projects and phases across 9 cities during the quarter.
Business Expansion
Godrej Properties added 3 new projects in Q3 FY26 with an estimated saleable area of 7.30 million sq. ft. and an expected booking value of ₹8,400 crore. In 9M FY26, the company added 12 new projects with a total estimated saleable area of 22.36 million sq. ft. and an expected booking value of ₹24,650 crores.

Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairperson, stated that the company delivered another solid quarter for bookings and earnings. He highlighted the company’s remarkable increase in scale over the past four years and expressed confidence in ending FY26 as their best ever year.
Financial Metrics Compared to Previous Year
Total Income declined by 17% to ₹1,020 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to ₹1,222 crore in the previous year, but EBITDA grew by 21% to ₹338 crore compared to ₹280 crore. Net Profit grew by 20% to ₹195 crore as compared to ₹163 crore.
Over the nine-month period, Total Income grew by 7% to ₹4,480 crore, and EBITDA grew by 40% to ₹1,867 crore. Net profit grew by 18% to ₹1,200 crore.
