Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has confirmed the acquisition of an 11.36-acre land parcel located in Sector 63A, Gurugram, Haryana, through an outright purchase. This strategic location is part of the thriving Golf Course Extension Road micro-market, known for its connectivity and high demand across residential, commercial, and retail segments.

The resultant development project is projected to yield an estimated revenue potential exceeding INR 4,500 Crore. The planned community will feature a mix of premium low-rise and high-rise residences, supported by lifestyle amenities.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, highlighted the significance of this deal, stating that with this new project, GPL has added over INR 40,000 crore of future sales potential through portfolio additions in FY 26.
