Telangana Investment Plan
Godrej Industries Group is set to invest over INR 10,000 crore in the state of Telangana, marking a significant expansion in its operations. This commitment was solidified with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the Government of Telangana (GoT) on December 9, 2025.
Godrej Jersey’s Dairy Facility
As part of this investment, Creamline Dairy Products Limited, operating under the brand Godrej Jersey, will invest INR 150 Crore to establish a state-of-the-art dairy processing facility. The facility will be built across 40 acres and is designed to enhance the dairy ecosystem in Telangana. This investment is intended to address the protein deficiency among Indian consumers by providing milk, curd, paneer, and milk-based drinks.
Strategic Partnership
The partnership aims to boost industrial growth, create employment opportunities, and develop high-impact infrastructure. The initiative includes advancing sustainable oil palm cultivation, expanding urban housing, and enabling MSME growth through digital solutions.
Past Investments
In 2023, Godrej Agrovet announced an investment of approximately INR 300 Crore to set up an Integrated Oil Palm Complex in Khammam district, including a state-of-the-art Crude Palm Oil Mill and an upstream R&D center.

Godrej Properties has forayed into the Hyderabad market, investing INR 10,000 Crore across four projects to provide premium residential offerings.
