The Animal Feed segment sustained strong volume growth, contributing significantly to overall performance. The Oil Palm business saw EBIT growth of 25%, driven by improved Oil Extraction Ratio (OER) and Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) growth of 16%.

Godrej Foods reported a 51% year-on-year increase in EBITDA, with branded salience exceeding 80%. Creamline Dairy and Crop Protection businesses faced challenges due to higher milk procurement prices and adverse weather conditions, respectively.

9M FY26 Performance

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 (9M FY26), Godrej Agrovet reported:

  • Earnings before interest, tax and Depreciation (EBITDA): ₹763 Crore
  • EBITDA Margin: 9.7%
  • Profit before Tax: ₹482 Crore

New Product Launches and Key Updates

Godrej Agrovet continues to focus on innovation and strategic growth through new product launches and sustainability initiatives. Recent launches include Dhanalaxmi G and Bypro Plus in the Animal Feed segment, aimed at enhancing cattle nutrition and milk yield.

The company also launched Ashitaka, a maize herbicide, and Takai, a paddy insecticide, to strengthen its Crop Protection portfolio. Creamline Dairy introduced ₹99 Paneer and ₹20 Badam Milk to expand its market reach.

ESG Initiatives

Godrej Agrovet is committed to sustainability, with 78.9% of its energy portfolio coming from renewable sources. The company has achieved 14x water conservation and has a science-based target for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
