Global Health Limited announced the resignation of Rajdeep Panwar from his position as Director and Manager of GHL Pharma & Diagnostic Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The resignation, accepted by the Board of Directors, will be effective from December 28, 2025. Panwar is also stepping down as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company to pursue opportunities outside Medanta.

Effective Date of Resignation
The resignation will be effective from December 28, 2025. The Board of Directors has accepted Mr. Panwar’s resignation letter.
Reason for Departure
Mr. Panwar is resigning to pursue opportunities outside of Medanta, according to the company’s statement.
