Gillette India has announced changes in its senior management. Mr. Pawan Verma, Purchases Head, will relocate out of India, effective December 31, 2025. Mr. Kartik Harugoli will take over as the Company’s Purchases Head, starting January 1, 2026. These changes reflect internal restructuring and career advancement opportunities within the parent organization, P&G.
Leadership Transition in Purchasing
Gillette India has announced a change in its senior management personnel within the purchasing division. Mr. Pawan Verma, currently serving as Purchases Head, will be transitioning out of his role and relocating out of India effective at the close of business hours on December 31, 2025.
Appointment of New Purchases Head
The company has appointed Mr. Kartik Harugoli as the new Purchases Head. He will assume this position starting January 1, 2026. Mr. Harugoli brings with him 16 years of experience at P&G, including roles in various categories, across different markets such as India and the USA. He has led transformational projects within P&G and delivered outstanding results.
Mr. Harugoli’s expertise includes working across the Brand Building ecosystem for P&G India and implementing better systems impacting over 90k employees in regions including USA, Europe, APAC, India, Middle East & Africa.
