New Head of Human Resources Appointed
Effective immediately following Mr. Patnam’s departure, Mr. Robin Thadathil has been appointed to take over the role of Head of Human Resources for the Company, effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Thadathil has an extensive background within P&G, accumulating more than 16 years of experience in HR leadership roles across various international markets including Singapore, the US, and Southeast Asia.
Robin Thadathil’s Profile Highlights
Mr. Thadathil’s experience covers diverse functions, including Commercial Teams, Manufacturing Plant roles, and Country HR leadership. In his most recent assignment, he led HR functions for the Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam business, concurrently serving as the Regional HR leader for Olay and the HR leader for the Singapore office. He joined P&G in 2010.
Academically, Mr. Thadathil holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Singapore. He also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Business Studies.
