Gillette India announces the resignation of Mr. P. M. Srinivas as Executive Director, effective October 30, 2025, due to professional commitments. Simultaneously, the Board has appointed Ms. Rohini Venkateswaran as Additional (Executive) Director for a five-year term, starting October 31, 2025. Srinivas will remain as Chief Human Resources Officer. Venkateswaran currently leads Sales at Gillette India.
Executive Director Resignation
Mr. P. M. Srinivas has resigned from his position as Executive Director of Gillette India, effective at the close of business hours on October 30, 2025. The resignation is attributed to other professional commitments. Mr. Srinivas will, however, continue in his role as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company.
New Director Appointment
The Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Rohini Venkateswaran as an Additional (Executive) Director, effective October 31, 2025. The appointment is for a term of five years. She currently holds the position of Head of Sales.
Rohini Venkateswaran’s Profile
Ms. Venkateswaran is an alumnus of S.P. Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai. Before becoming Head of Sales, she was Vice President & Country Manager Procter & Gamble Gulf- East Gulf & Sales Strategy Gulf, and was responsible for five countries in the Gulf region and the UAE. Ms. Venkateswaran has experience in distributor management, modern trade, and sales strategy, with exposure to Dubai and the USA. She joined Procter & Gamble India in 2005 in Sales. She is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.
