Gillette India Leadership Transition with Director Resignation and New Appointment

Gillette India has announced the resignation of Mr. P. M. Srinivas as Executive Director, effective October 30, 2025, due to other professional commitments; however, he will remain Chief Human Resources Officer. Simultaneously, Ms. Rohini Venkateswaran has been appointed as Additional (Executive) Director for five years, starting October 31, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. She currently serves as the Head of Sales.

Executive Director Departure

Mr. P. M. Srinivas has resigned from his position as Executive Director of Gillette India, effective close of business on October 30, 2025. He cited other professional commitments as the reason for his departure from the Board. Despite stepping down as a Director, Mr. Srinivas will continue to serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company.

New Director Appointment

The Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Rohini Venkateswaran as an Additional (Executive) Director for a term of five years, beginning on October 31, 2025. This appointment is contingent upon the allotment of a Director Identification Number by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Rohini Venkateswaran’s Profile

Ms. Venkateswaran is an alumnus of S.P. Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai. She currently leads the Sales function at Gillette India. Before this, she held the position of Vice President & Country Manager at Procter & Gamble Gulf, responsible for five countries. She has a history with Procter & Gamble India, joining in 2005, with extensive experience in sales and strategic roles. She is also passionate about Equality & Inclusion.
