- Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortization: ₹234 Crore, reflecting a 59% increase from ₹147 Crore in Q3 FY25.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹218 Crore, representing a 63% growth compared to ₹134 Crore in Q3 FY25.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹171 Crore, a substantial 74% increase from ₹98 Crore in Q3 FY25.

Cmde PR Hari, IN (Retd), Chairman and Managing Director of GRSE, stated that the company is on track for its best-ever financial performance. GRSE has declared its second interim dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 at ₹7.15 per equity share. GRSE has delivered five warships during the year and is executing 10 shipbuilding projects comprising 42 platforms. The company anticipates an order book of around ₹50000 Crore.
