The official communication states that the resignation was tendered on February 26, 2026, due to personal and domestic requirements.

Resignation Letter Details

Annexure-I provides the formal resignation letter from Cmde Rajiv Sreedharan. In the letter, addressed to The Chairman & Managing Director, he referenced his fixed-term contract details, which commenced on November 10, 2022. Cmde Sreedharan cited pressing domestic requirements as the reason for seeking termination of this contract with effect from March 31, 2026.

The company acknowledged his service, with the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Sandeep Mahapatra, signing off on the announcement dated March 31, 2026.
