Force Motors has appointed Gautam Hemant Bambawale and Nitin Nandkishor Kareer as Independent Directors, effective December 19, 2025. The appointments, made based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendations, are for a term of 5 years each and are subject to shareholder approval. Both appointees bring extensive experience in diplomacy and administration, respectively, to the Force Motors board.
Board Expansion
Force Motors has announced the appointment of two new Independent Directors to its Board, effective December 19, 2025. This decision follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
New Appointments
Gautam Hemant Bambawale (DIN: 08365776) joins as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director. His term will be for 5 years, pending shareholder approval.
Nitin Nandkishor Kareer (DIN: 01624863) has also been appointed as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director, for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
About Gautam Hemant Bambawale
Mr. Bambawale is a retired Indian diplomat with extensive experience in foreign service. He previously served as the Indian Ambassador to China (2017-2018) and as the High Commissioner to Pakistan. He also held positions such as Consul General in Guangzhou and Director of the Indian Cultural Centre in Berlin.
About Nitin Nandkishor Kareer
Mr. Kareer is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer and former Chief Secretary of the Government of Maharashtra. He brings extensive experience in urban development, land records management, and public finance planning. He has held various key positions, including District Collector of Sangli and Commissioner of the Pune Municipal Corporation.
