FirstCry has expanded its ultra-fast delivery service, ‘Qwik’, to select pincodes across Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. The model leverages the company’s existing network of 1,200+ modern stores and 84 warehouses, supported by the tech-enabled logistics initiative, RocketBees. The company expects to fulfill approximately 60,000 orders via Qwik in March 2026 alone.

FirstCry Expands Ultra-Fast Qwik Delivery Service

On March 13, 2026, India’s largest multi-channel retailer for Mothers’, Babies’, and Kids’ products, FirstCry (NSE: FIRSTCRY, BSE: 544226), announced the significant expansion of its ‘Qwik’ delivery service. The service is now live across selected pincodes in three major metropolitan areas: Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.

Through Qwik, parents can now receive a wide array of products—including apparel, footwear, consumables, baby gear, and toys—delivered in less than 3 hours.

Leveraging Existing Network for Speed

FirstCry is utilizing a highly scalable model that integrates its vast existing infrastructure. This includes a network of over 1,200+ modern stores across India, along with 84 warehouses and stockists. This system is powered by RocketBees, a tech-enabled asset-light logistics initiative designed for quick order fulfillment.

The company noted that its curated home brands, such as BabyHug, Babyoye, Cutewalk, and PineKids, collectively contribute more than 55% of the India multi-channel GMV.

Strong Traction and Future Goals

The Qwik model, which was initially launched in December 2025, has shown immediate strong adoption. The company projects it will deliver roughly 60,000 orders through the Qwik network in March 2026 alone.

Key areas already supporting the service include Whitefield and HSR Layout in Bengaluru; Baner, Kharadi, and Hinjewadi in Pune; and Manikonda and Banjara Hills in Hyderabad.

Vivek Goel, Chief Business Officer of FirstCry, stated the objective is to meet all parent requirements across physical and online channels. “By leveraging our existing store footprint, we are not only enhancing the customer experience but also driving significant inventory efficiency,” Goel commented. The company plans a subsequent phase to expand Qwik to Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, and Chennai.

Furthermore, FirstCry has an ambitious goal for the service: “Our endeavor is to reduce the delivery timelines from 3 hours to 2 hours as we scale these operations, which will further improve the customer experience,” Goel added.
