Fiem Industries Notice for Unclaimed Dividends and Share Transfer to IEPF

Fiem Industries has issued a notice to shareholders regarding unclaimed dividends for the Financial Year 2018-19 (Interim) and subsequent years. Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends for seven consecutive years are urged to claim them before May 2026, as unclaimed dividends and underlying shares will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) as per regulatory guidelines.

Reminder for Unclaimed Dividends

Fiem Industries is reminding shareholders about unclaimed dividends from the Financial Year 2018-19 (Interim) onwards. The company urges shareholders to claim their unclaimed dividends at the earliest to avoid their transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

Transfer to IEPF

According to regulations, dividends that remain unclaimed for seven consecutive years are subject to transfer to the IEPF. Consequently, unclaimed dividends for the Financial Year 2018-19 (Interim), along with the corresponding shares, will be transferred to the IEPF authority by May 2026.

Action Required by Shareholders

Shareholders who have not yet claimed their dividends are advised to submit their requests promptly. The company encourages shareholders to utilize NECS (National Electronic Clearing Service) for direct credit to their bank accounts. To facilitate this, shareholders should ensure their banking details are updated with their DP/RTA (Depository Participant/Registrar and Transfer Agent).

How to Claim

Shareholders can claim their dividends by sending a request-cum-indemnity letter, along with necessary documents, to Fiem Industries. The deadline for submitting these requests is April 15, 2026. A form is provided in the notice for shareholders to claim their unpaid dividends.
