Financial Performance Highlights
Escorts Kubota reported a revenue from operations of ₹2,777.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 2026), compared to ₹2,264.92 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Total income for the quarter was ₹2,911.03 crore. Net profit for the period stood at ₹321.18 crore.
For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, the company’s revenue from operations was ₹5,260.78 crore, and net profit was ₹693.79 crore.
Segment-Wise Performance
Agri machinery products segment recorded revenue of ₹2,432.88 crore in Q2 2026, with a profit of ₹311.96 crore. The Construction equipments segment posted revenue of ₹338.10 crore and profit of ₹12.76 crore.
Board and Corporate Matters
The Board noted the resignation of Mr. Manish Sharma, Independent Director, effective August 21, 2025, and Mr. Dai Watanabe, Non-Executive Nominee Director, effective October 31, 2025. Consequent to these resignations, the Board size has been optimized from 18 to 16 directors.
As per the terms of the Shareholders Agreement dated November 18, 2021, the company will continue with 16 Directors on its Board.
