Resignation of Chief Growth Officer
Shri Giriraj Bagri has resigned from his services as the Chief Growth Officer of the Company. His resignation was also effective 25th March, 2026, and he will serve the required notice period.
Reason for Resignation
In an accompanying letter (Annexure – B), Shri Bagri confirmed that the decision was made to pursue opportunities outside the organisation. He expressed gratitude to Emami and confirmed his commitment to serving the notice period to assist the new incumbent, Shri Aggarwal, in settling into the role smoothly.
