ELGI Equipments has announced that Mr. Bheemsingh Melchisedec, Executive President – Operations, will retire effective October 3, 2025. Mr. Ramesh Ponnuswami, currently Executive President – EBS & CSR, will assume the role and responsibilities of Executive President – Operations & EBS starting October 4, 2025. This transition represents a shift in senior management.
Executive Retirement
Mr. Bheemsingh Melchisedec, the Executive President – Operations (Senior Management Personnel) at ELGI Equipments, will retire from the Company effective close of business hours on October 3, 2025. He has had a long career with ELGI Equipments.
Leadership Appointment
Effective October 4, 2025, Mr. Ramesh Ponnuswami, who currently serves as Executive President – EBS & CSR (Senior Management Personnel), will assume the role and responsibilities of Executive President – Operations & EBS. He will be responsible for managing both Operations and EBS.
