His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on January 31, 2026. The company acknowledged his valuable services and contribution during his tenure.

Financial Performance – Q3 FY26

Elecon Engineering reported consolidated revenue of ₹552 crores, a 4.3% increase year-over-year. EBITDA stood at ₹109 crores, with an EBITDA margin of 19.8%. Profit after Tax (PAT) was reported at ₹72 crores, with a PAT margin of 13.0%.

Financial Performance – 9M FY26

The company’s consolidated revenue for the nine-month period stood at ₹1,620 crores. Adjusted for one-time arbitration income in the MHE division, revenue was ₹1,595 crores. The company’s order book as of December 31, 2025, stood at ₹1,372 crores.

Segment Performance

The Material Handling Equipment (MHE) division reported revenue of ₹123 crores, an increase of 16.3% Y-o-Y. The Gear division delivered revenue of ₹429 crores, up 1.3% Y-o-Y. It’s revenue was ₹1,620 crores, and EBITDA stood at ₹109 crores.

Future Outlook

Elecon anticipates near-term softness. FY26 Revenue Guidance may be lower by upto ~5%, while Adjusted EBITDA margins may be lower by upto ~2%. Going forward, improvement is expected considering healthy order book and robust inquiry pipeline.
