Request for Reclassification

As of the request date, YCAS holds 0% shareholding in E.I.D. – Parry.
Next Steps
The de-classification is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of E.I.D. – Parry (India) Limited and is also pending a no-objection from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
