Declassification of Promoter Entities
E.I.D.-Parry (India) Limited received approvals from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited for the declassification of two entities from its promoter group: M/s. Coromandel Engineering Company Limited (CECL) and M/s. Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Limited (YCAS).
Regulatory Approvals Granted
The NSE granted its approval via letter number NSE/LIST/COMP/EIDPARRY/521/2025-2026, dated October 24, 2025. Similarly, BSE Limited provided its approval through letter number LIST/COMP/HG/518/2025-26, also dated October 24, 2025. These approvals signify that both exchanges have no objection to the removal of CECL and YCAS from the promoter group classification.
Previous Communications
The announcement follows earlier communications with the exchanges on August 29, 2025, September 17, 2025, September 19, 2025, and September 24, 2025, regarding the proposed declassification. The company has requested the exchanges to take the updated information on record.
