The official order was received by the Liquidator on March 9, 2026, at 04:48 P.M. (IST). The proceedings were conducted under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, leading to the satisfaction that the voluntary liquidation process was conducted in accordance with the law.
Financial Contribution of the Subsidiary
