DOMS Industries held its Q3 FY26 earnings conference call on February 2, 2026. The transcript reveals that the company achieved a consolidated sales growth of 18.2% year-over-year. The company anticipates closing the fiscal year with growth in the guided range of 18% to 20%. Management highlighted domestic demand and expansion plans, including a new joint venture with Seven SpA.

Financial Performance Highlights

DOMS Industries reported a consolidated sales growth of 18.2% for Q3 FY26. This growth was primarily driven by strong performance in its core categories. The company’s 9-month consolidated growth stands at 22.7%, positioning it to close the fiscal year near the upper end of its guided range of 18% to 20%.

Key Growth Drivers

The company’s comprehensive product range continues to be a key driver of its performance. Q3 growth was propelled by gains in office supplies, benefiting from enhanced capacities and positive market response. Kits & Combos and Hobby & Craft also demonstrated robust demand. Strong domestic demand remains a significant anchor for revenue growth, now representing over 85% of total sales.

Expansion and Investments

DOMS Industries approved the formation of a 50-50 joint venture with Seven SpA (FILA Group). The JV will focus on manufacturing and supplying premium backpacks, bags, and pencil cases. The company made consolidated capital expenditures of approximately INR 230 crores during the first nine months, and anticipates fiscal year capex exceeding INR 250 crores.

Segment Performance

The scholastic stationery segment grew by approximately 8.7%-8.9% in the first nine months of the fiscal year. The baby hygiene business also saw a significant uptake, boosted by winter demand for diapers. While paper stationery saw a slight degrowth in Q3, the company anticipates better performance with the onset of the back-to-school season and increased capacity.

Joint Venture Details

The JV with Seven SpA combines FILA’s global reach with DOMS’ manufacturing capabilities. Seven SpA generated revenues close to EUR 90 million in 2024. The JV is expected to be completed by the end of Q1 FY27 and aims to establish Indian production for FILA Group’s global backpack and bag requirements.
