Financial Performance
Divi’s Laboratories reported a consolidated total income of ₹2,860 crores for Q2 FY2026, marking a 17% increase from ₹2,444 crores in the same quarter of the previous year. Profit before tax for the quarter stood at ₹912 crores, up from ₹722 crores in Q2 FY2025. Profit after tax reached ₹689 crores, compared to ₹510 crores in the corresponding period.
For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, the consolidated total income increased by 16% to ₹5,389 crores. Profit before tax for the half-year was ₹1,645 crores, with profit after tax at ₹1,234 crores.
Segment Highlights
The product mix for the quarter comprised 44% generics and 56% custom synthesis. Exports accounted for 90% of total sales revenue, with Europe and the United States contributing a combined 74%. The nutraceutical business contributed ₹242 crores during the quarter.
Strategic Developments
The company’s Unit 3 facility in Kakinada is supporting the supply chain by enabling in-house production of starting materials and intermediates. Divi’s is also seeing strong momentum in peptide synthesis, with multiple projects of various customers undergoing development at the peptide center of excellence.
Capex and Investments
Divi’s is currently executing three major capex programs backed by long-term supply commitments, focused on implementing new technologies, expanding capacities, and advancing key strategic projects. During the half-year, the company capitalized assets worth ₹463 crores, with capital work in progress standing at ₹2,030 crores.

Divi’s continues its commitment to community development through education programs and providing safe drinking water, reaching 8 lakh people. The company remains dedicated to inclusive development through targeted interventions in nutrition, infrastructure, and scholarships.
