Ecom Express Limited, a subsidiary of Delhivery, received an order from the Assistant Commissioner (CGST) – Patna, Bihar, on October 21, 2025. The order pertains to the period from financial year 2018-19 to 2022-23 and arises under Section 74 of the CGST/ Bihar GST Act, 2017, read with Section 20 of the IGST Act, 2017.

The GST order includes a tax demand of ₹1,31,49,001. Additionally, interest amounting to ₹35,094 has been levied, along with a penalty of ₹1,31,49,001. The demand is based on the disallowance of input tax credit and short payment of tax.
