Joining him in the same capacity is Shri Meghav Mehta, whose appointment also commences on May 9, 2026, for a five-year period. These appointments signify the company’s commitment to long-term leadership stability and operational growth.
Financial and Independent Oversight
The company has also prioritized strong financial management by re-appointing Shri Sanjay Upadhyay as Director (Finance) & Group CFO. His new term is set to begin on August 1, 2026, spanning five years. Mr. Upadhyay, who has been with the organization since 1994, will continue to lead the group’s financial strategy, risk management, and capital allocation.
Board Expansion with New Independent Directors
To further enhance the diversity and expertise of the Board, Deepak Nitrite has appointed Shri Milin Mehta and Shri Adnan Ahmad as Independent Directors.
