Interim Dividend Announcement
An interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 has been declared, set at 180%, which equals ₹3.60 per equity share (with a face value of ₹2 each). The record date for determining eligible shareholders is November 3, 2025. The dividend payout is planned within 30 days from the declaration date.
Change of Registrar & Share Transfer Agent
There is a change in the company’s Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited (MCS) to KFin Technologies Limited (KFin). MCS will continue providing services until procedural formalities are completed. This includes electronic connectivity, record transfer, and confirmations from depositories (National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited). A tripartite agreement involving the Company, MCS, and KFin will be formalized. The effective date for this change will be communicated separately.
