DCM Shriram Board to Consider Interim Dividend on January 20, 2026

The Board of Directors of DCM Shriram is scheduled to meet on January 20, 2026, to consider, among other items, the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The board will also consider the payment of a 2nd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if any is declared. The record date for the dividend is set as January 24, 2026.

Board Meeting Announcement

DCM Shriram has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The primary agenda includes reviewing the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

Interim Dividend Consideration

In addition to financial results, the Board will also consider the possibility of declaring a 2nd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. If approved, the dividend will be distributed to eligible members.

Record Date Information

The record date for determining shareholders’ eligibility for the 2nd Interim Dividend is Saturday, January 24, 2026. This dividend, if declared, is for the financial year 2025-26.

Trading Window Closure

As previously communicated on December 26, 2025, the trading window for Equity Shares of the company has been closed from January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, i.e., up to January 22, 2026 (both days inclusive).
