In addition to the financial results, the Board will also discuss the possibility of declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. If an interim dividend is approved, it will be distributed to shareholders whose names appear on the register as of the record date.

The record date for the purpose of determining shareholders’ eligibility for the interim dividend has been fixed as November 3, 2025.

Trading Window Closure

The company also announced that the trading window for dealing in equity shares has been closed since October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results. The window is expected to reopen after October 30, 2025.
