Datamatics Global Services announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, revealing a robust performance. Key highlights include:

  • Revenue: Increased by 19.9% year-over-year (YoY) to ₹510.1 crores, a 4.1% increase compared to Q2FY26.
  • EBITDA: Grew significantly by 76.4% YoY to ₹96.2 crores, also up by 8.3% compared to the previous quarter.
  • EBITDA Margin: Reached 18.9%, representing a 604 bps increase YoY.
  • PBT (before exceptional item): Stood at ₹82.2 crores, indicating a 54.2% increase YoY.
  • PAT (After NCI): Amounted to ₹36.4 crores, reflecting a 51.0% decrease YoY, due to exceptional items.

The company reported an EPS (Diluted) of ₹6.16

Exceptional Item Impact

The Profit After Tax (PAT) was notably impacted by a one-time exceptional charge of ₹40.3 crores in Q3FY26. This charge resulted from changes in labor codes.
