The transaction, completed on January 16, 2026, involved the transfer of the 25.44% equity stake. Following this transaction, OREV is no longer considered an associate company of DCBL. The total consideration received from the stake disposal amounted to ₹10.82 Crore.
Buyers of the Stake
The equity stake was acquired by three entities: JSW Neo Energy Limited (12.23%), Goldman Sachs Services Pvt Ltd (4.99%), and Syngene International Limited (8.23%). These buyers are not part of the promoter group.
