Financial Performance: Q2 2026 (Indian FY) Highlights
Cyient reported consolidated revenue from contracts with customers at ₹17,810 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Total consolidated income reached ₹18,310 million. Profit before tax stood at ₹1,966 million, while net profit attributable to shareholders was ₹1,275 million. Basic earnings per share was reported at ₹11.55.
Leadership and Committee Changes
Mr. Vivek Gour has resigned from his position as Independent Director of the Company. The Board has approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Leadership, Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Segment Performance Review
