Cummins India announced the completion of its acquisition of Clean Max Yellowstone Private Limited on January 29, 2026. This finalizes the terms outlined in the previously announced Shareholder’s Agreement (SHA).
Details of the Transaction
As part of the agreement, Cummins India has acquired 22,372 equity shares of Clean Max, each with a face value of ₹10. The total investment consideration for this acquisition amounts to ₹2,69,58,260. This represents the Second and Final Tranche of the agreed investment.
Equity Stake
Following this acquisition, Cummins India now holds 8.78% of the equity share capital of Clean Max. With this latest transaction, the entire investment outlined in the SHA has been completed.
