Ratings Services: This segment reported revenue of ₹267.64 crore for the quarter. The segment profit was ₹120.17 crore.
Research, Analytics & Solutions: The segment posted revenue of ₹643.60 crore. The segment profit reached ₹141.52 crore.
Interim Dividend Announcement
The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of ₹16 per equity share (face value of Re. 1 each) for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. This dividend will be paid on November 6, 2025.
