  • Net profit for the period was ₹137.39 crore.

The Board has approved the payment of a third interim dividend of ₹16 per equity share, with a face value of ₹1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. This dividend will be paid out on November 6, 2025.

Ratings services: Reported revenue of ₹267.64 crore and profit of ₹120.17 crore for Q2 FY26.

Research, Analytics & Solutions: Reported revenue of ₹643.60 crore and profit of ₹141.52 crore for Q2 FY26.
