Coromandel International’s Board has approved setting up a Technical Mono Ammonium Phosphate (TMAP) plant in Visakhapatnam. The board meeting concluded at 12:00 noon on September 22, 2025. Also, Mr. Anirban Deb Ray has been appointed as Senior Management Personnel, effective the same date.

The Board of Directors has approved the establishment of a Technical Mono Ammonium Phosphate (TMAP) plant at Visakhapatnam. This decision was made during a board meeting held on September 22, 2025. The meeting commenced at 10:25 a.m. and concluded at 12:00 noon.
Senior Management Update
Mr. Anirban Deb Ray has been designated as Senior Management Personnel, effective September 22, 2025, due to organizational changes. He will serve as the General Counsel. Mr. Ray is a full-time employee of the company.
Anirban Deb Ray’s Profile
Mr. Ray holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Competition Law from the University of London and degrees from the University of Calcutta. He brings over 24 years of experience in Company Secretary (CS) and Legal roles, having worked with companies such as Birlasoft Limited, Vodafone Idea Limited, and Tata Communications Limited, amongst others. Before joining Coromandel International, Mr. Ray was with Tata Communications Limited.
