The shares were acquired at an issue price of ₹76.70 per equity share. Following this allotment, Coromandel International’s total holding in NACL Industries has increased to 125,736,882 fully paid-up Equity Shares. The company’s shareholding percentage in NACL Industries now stands at 53.73%, up from 53.06%.
