Financial Performance
Coromandel International reported a net profit after tax of ₹529.71 crore for Q3 FY26, compared to ₹525.18 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations stood at ₹8,457.33 crore, compared to ₹6,925.83 crore for the same period last year.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company’s net profit after tax reached ₹1,854.27 crore.
Interim Dividend
The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹9 per equity share (900% on face value of ₹1 per share). The dividend will be paid on or after February 18, 2026. The record date for determining eligibility is February 4, 2026.
Segmental Performance
The Nutrient and allied business recorded revenue of ₹7,752.81 crore, while the Crop protection business contributed ₹785.11 crore for the quarter.
Acquisition of NACL
During the quarter, Coromandel International completed the acquisition of N.A.C.L, enhancing its presence in the crop protection segment. N.A.C.L contributed revenues to both the quarter and nine month periods.
Consolidated Results
Consolidated net profit after tax stood at ₹488.47 crore for the quarter. Consolidated revenue from operations was reported as ₹8,779.45 crore.
