Smt. Suhani Mishra’s Profile
Smt. Suhani Mishra is an IRTS officer from the 2008 batch with 17 years of experience in operations, safety, planning, strategic and disaster management, suburban and freight operations in Western Railway and Rail Ministry. She has led operations in Mumbai, Ratlam, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad, and has served as Director at the Railway Board for 5 years. Her promotion is effective from November 7, 2025.
Shri Monu Luthra’s Profile
Shri Monu Luthra is an IRTS officer from the 2007 batch with over 17 years of experience in Indian Railways across operations, commercial, safety, and training functions. An IIT Roorkee Computer Science graduate, he brings strong techno-managerial expertise. His promotion is effective from December 15, 2025.
