- Exceptional Items: A statutory impact of ₹327.54 lakhs related to new labour codes was recorded under exceptional items for both the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
Consolidated Financial Performance Summary
The consolidated results also showed strong performance:
- Total Income (Consolidated): Reached ₹28,774.22 lakhs for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
- Profit After Tax (Consolidated) for the Period: Attributable to the owners of the company was ₹6,447.66 lakhs for the quarter.

Appointment of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP)
Following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Paritosh Trivedi (Membership No. A63623) as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Nodal Officer. The appointment is effective from February 11, 2026. Mr. Trivedi brings approximately 5 years of experience in corporate compliance and governance.
Notes on Financial Reporting
Management clarified that the business operates as a single operating segment (Ind AS 108). Furthermore, an incremental liability of ₹327.54 lakhs was recognized due to the revised definition of wages under the newly notified Labour Codes, disclosed as an exceptional item.
