Q2 FY26 Financial Performance

Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of FY26, ended September 30, 2025. Key financial highlights include:

  • Net Sales: ₹1,507.2 Crore, down 6.3% year-over-year.
  • Sequential Growth: Net Sales increased by 6.1% compared to Q1 FY26.
  • Net Profit: ₹327.5 Crore for the quarter.

The Board of Directors has declared a First Interim Dividend of ₹24 per share for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Oral Health Movement (OHM) Update

The Colgate Oral Health Movement (OHM) has achieved significant milestones, enabling over 4.5 million dental screenings. Data from these screenings will guide future efforts to improve oral health across India.

Partnership with The Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI)

Colgate India has partnered with The Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI), the world’s largest professional nursing community, aiming to equip over 500,000 nurses and midwives by 2026 with specialized knowledge to address India’s oral care gaps.

Palmolive Body Wash – New Product Launch

Palmolive has launched a new range of Moments Body Wash, featuring three variants: Mindful Awake, Workout Fresh, and Restful Sleep. These body washes contain 100% natural extracts.

Shareholder Information

A special window is open from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026, for re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares pertaining to transfer deeds lodged before April 1, 2019. Shares re-lodged for transfer will be issued in demat form.

The company is also assisting shareholders in claiming unpaid/unclaimed dividends through the ‘100 days Campaign – Saksham Niveshak’.
