  • AUM: Reached ₹2,27,770 Cr, a 20% increase year-over-year (YoY).
  • Net Income: Stood at ₹4,342 Cr for the quarter, up 23% YoY, and ₹12,281 Cr for the nine months, marking a 25% YoY increase.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): Achieved ₹1,288 Cr for the quarter, a 19% YoY increase, and ₹3,579 Cr for the nine months, up 20% YoY.

Segmental Highlights

The company experienced growth across various segments:

  • Vehicle Finance (VF): Disbursements were ₹16,805 Cr in Q3 FY26. The AUM reached ₹1,12,937 Cr, up 17% YoY.
  • Loan Against Property (LAP): Business saw disbursements of ₹5,285 Cr, with AUM at ₹49,162 Cr, up 31% YoY.
  • Home Loan: Disbursed ₹2,007 Cr. AUM stood at ₹21,691 Cr, up 27% YoY.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises (SME): Business disbursed ₹1,839 Cr. AUM reached ₹8,338 Cr, up 33% YoY.
  • Consumer and Small Enterprise Loans (CSEL): Disbursements were ₹2,825 Cr. AUM reached ₹14,393 Cr.

Asset Quality and Capital Adequacy

Cholamandalam reported the following asset quality metrics:

  • Stage 3 Loans: Represented 3.36% of assets as of December 2025.
  • GNPA (as per RBI norms): Was 4.63% as of December 2025.
  • NNPA (as per RBI norms): Was 3.13% as of December 2025.

The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of the company stood at 19.16% as of December 31, 2025, exceeding the regulatory requirement of 15%. Tier-I Capital was at 14.21%.

Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of 65%, which is ₹1.30 per share, for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
