The carrying value of the leasehold rights is ₹45.25 million, and the hotel assets are valued at ₹434.15 million as of December 31, 2025.
Debt and Capital Management
As of December 31, 2025, the company’s listed non-convertible debentures are secured by properties pertaining to JW Marriott Sahar & Sahar Retail, with a security cover exceeding 1.75x. During the quarter, Chalet Hotels issued commercial papers amounting to ₹1,000 million, listed on the BSE.
Other Updates
The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share. The Group has invested ₹102.57 million in companies engaged in renewable energy generation to secure its supply.
