The declared dividend is Re. 1 (Rupee One only), which translates to 10% per equity share, based on the face value of Rs. 10 per share. This dividend is for the financial year 2025-26.

Dividend Payment Details

The interim dividend will be disbursed to shareholders who hold equity shares of the company as of the record date, which is Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Payments are subject to the deduction of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as applicable, and will be processed within 30 days of the declaration via electronic mode only.

Shareholder Requirements

Shareholders are requested to ensure that their Permanent Account Number (PAN) is valid and operative. Additionally, shareholders should verify that their residential status and category are accurately updated with their Depository Participants (DPs) before November 11, 2025. Linking Aadhaar with PAN is also necessary to avoid higher tax deduction rates.

Tax Deduction Information

Tax deduction will vary based on residency and PAN status. For resident shareholders with a valid PAN, TDS is 10%. If PAN is invalid or not updated, the rate is 20%. Non-resident shareholders will face TDS at 20% (plus applicable surcharge and cess) or as per treaty rates, whichever is beneficial, provided they submit the required documentation, including a Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) and Form 10F.
