CG Power and Industrial Solutions has confirmed the departure of Mr. Chidambaram Balakrishnan from his role as Vice President – Railways. His resignation took effect at the close of business hours on January 1, 2026, driven by personal reasons.
New Appointment
The company has appointed Mr. Dhananjay Bapat as the new Vice President Railway Business. His appointment came into effect on January 2, 2026. Mr. Bapat brings 27 years of experience in manufacturing, sales, marketing, and P&L management. He is also certified in HBX CORE and HBX Negotiation Mastery and possesses expertise in visual & daily management, funnel management, value selling, and building personal brands.
