Project Details
Klasscorp will provide consultancy services for land acquisition related to establishing a 250 MW wind farm at Bijapur CTU, Karnataka. The LOI is expected to remain valid for a period of one year from the date of execution or signing of definitive agreements, whichever occurs earlier.
Related Party Transaction
It is confirmed that promoter or group companies of Purvah have no vested interests in Klasscorp, therefore, it does not qualify as a related party transaction.
