HSBC Asset Management Overview
HSBC Asset Management (India) Private Limited was established in 2001. HSBC AMC was appointed as the asset management company for HSBC Mutual Fund (HSBC MF). HSBC MF was established as a trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. HSBC AMC acquired L&T Investment Management Limited (LTIM) in November 2022. HSBC AMC’s daily average AUM was Rs.1,38,654 crore in Dec 2025.
