CEIGALL INDIA LIMITED Secures Two Major EPC Work Orders from Purvah Green Power

CEIGALL INDIA LIMITED announced on March 24, 2026, that it has secured two significant Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) work orders from Purvah Green Power Private Limited, both to be executed in Andhra Pradesh. The contracts, valued at ₹119.96 crore and ₹177.93 crore (inclusive of GST), relate to a 300.3 MW hybrid wind power project. The total combined value of these new orders, along with previously announced contracts from the same client, aggregates approximately ₹298 crores.

New Work Orders Secured in Renewable Sector

CEIGALL INDIA LIMITED is pleased to inform stakeholders that it has received two Work Orders on March 23, 2026, from Purvah Green Power Private Limited. These contracts are for execution within the State of Andhra Pradesh and are classified as Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Mode of Contracts. Both awarding entities are classified as Domestic Entities.

Details of Contract Value and Scope

The nature of the contracts involves comprehensive construction works for the balance of plant for a 300.3 MW hybrid (wind) power project at Ralla, A.P. This scope includes the construction of a 220 kV transmission line, Right of Way approvals, and the construction, completion, and testing of 91 wind turbine generators (“WTGs”) foundations, access roads, and pathways.

The broad consideration for the two individual orders is detailed as follows:

  • Work Order No. 300000188: ₹119.96 crore (inclusive of GST).
  • Work Order No. 300000187: ₹177.93 crore (inclusive of GST).

Execution Timeline and Client Relationship

The prescribed time period for the execution of both contracts is a uniform 10 months construction period. It is noted that the promoter/promoter group companies of CEIGALL have No interest in the awarding entity, Purvah Green Power Private Limited, and these contracts are confirmed not to fall within related party transactions.

Notably, the Company emphasizes that it has received EPC contracts from Purvah Green Power Private Limited that, in aggregate, amount to approximately Rs. 298 crores.
