This work is structured under the Hybrid Annuity Mode and is divided into two sections: Section-1 (Sahebganj to Areraj, 38.362 km) and Section-2 (Areraj to Bettiah, 40.580 km).

The transaction for establishing the subsidiary involved a Cash Consideration. CEIGALL India Limited subscribed to the initial capital of the subsidiary, amounting to Rs. 1 Lac.
