Ceigall India Limited has successfully incorporated a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) named “Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park Limited” on February 13, 2026. This Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is crucial for executing a project awarded via a Letter of Award (LOA) dated February 9, 2026. The SPV will develop a 220 MW solar unit at the Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh, solidifying the company’s focus on the Renewable Energy Industry.

Formation of New Subsidiary Announced

Ceigall India Limited officially announced the incorporation of a new entity, “Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park Limited,” effective February 13, 2026. This new company has been established as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of Ceigall India Limited.

Strategic Purpose and Project Details

The subsidiary has been formed specifically as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) intended to execute a significant infrastructure commitment. The entity is slated to undertake the project awarded under a Letter of Award (LOA) dated 09th February 2026 from Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Ltd. The core business of the new subsidiary falls under the Renewable Energy Industry.

Specifically, the SPV will be responsible for the development of Unit 1, which has a power generation capacity of 220 MW, located at the Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh.

Initial Investment Structure

The initial funding mechanism for the subsidiary involved 100% subscription to the initial paid-up share capital. This consideration was made entirely in cash. The total cost of subscription for the allotted shares amounted to Rs.1,00,000/-, resulting in Ceigall India Limited holding 100% of the shareholding and control in the new entity.
